Generally, the valve products include gate valve , check valve, butterfly valve, ball valve, globe valve, balance valve, strainer and others. the valve material is covered from ductile iron, gray iron, carbon steel and stainless steel. Now we have three method to get these valve fittings:
- Sand Casting Method: Suitable to do cast iron casting, especially ductile iron casting and gray iron casting valve products. Now we use sand casting method to do cast iron valve body. This method can get a good inner quality, but the machining allowance is little large, the buyers must machine all contact surface and flange hole. This method is also suitable to get big size valve parts with steel material or cast iron material. We can cast to 64 inch (DN1600) valve body and valve disc, and the max weight to 2tons / per piece.
- Investment Casting Method: this method is suitable to do carbon steel and stainless steel valves, especially ball valves. it can get a good surface finish and dimensions.
- Lost Foam Casting Method: we mainly do cast iron valve parts by lost foam casting, it can get good surface finish and good dimension, you only machine little allowance.
The Valve Material as following:
- Gray Iron, use to PN16 valves: HT200, HT250, HT300, HT350,GG15, GG20, GG30, FC200, FC250, FC300, ASTM A48 CLASS NO.20,NO.25,NO.30, NO.35.
- Ductile Iron: use to PN40 valves: QT400-18, QT500-7, QT600-3,GGG40, GGG50,GGG60, FCD450-70, FCD400-15, FCD500-7, FCD600-3, ASTM A536 ( 60-40-18,65-45-12, 80-55-06).
- Carbon Steel, suitable to high pressure: WCA, WCB, ZG25, ZG200-350, ASTM A216 WCA/WCB/WCC, GS25.
- Stainless Steel: ASTM A351 CF8/CF8M/CF3/CF3M, ZG0Cr18Ni9, zg0Cr18Ni12Mo2, ZG00Cr18Ni10, 304C12,304C15,316C12E,316C16.
We also have machining capacity and equipment, the lathe, CNC center, drilling machine and hydraulic testing machinery. In fact, we can do pre-machining for you to avoid the under surface air pore and defects, and we also do sealing testing to make sure the quality.
If you purchase the large size valve parts, the magnetic Particle testing and Ultrasonic Testing are necessary to ensure the quality.
