How to turn one great design to truth?

Sometime, the first design is just for testing, maybe customer will improve their design again. But the common casting method need a metal mold or wooden mold, generally the mold will be cost more than USD800 and about two weeks production, plus the casting production time, the common method need about 15 days for one sample at least. Some special design such as close impeller mold about USD2000.

if one or two sample, the common casting method is very expensive for customers.

If you only have one sample (don’t have design drawing), our 3D scanner can capture the geometry of a customer supplied sample part or wax pattern. With further software processing, the part can be replicated using our 3D wax printer. We also have the ability to generate a CAD file based on the geometry. The CAD file can be used to manufacture a metal die to create wax patterns and also to generate an engineering drawing if necessary.
