Investment Casting is the best solution for pump impellers, especially the small stainless steel impellers. We can supply impellers to 500mm by investment casting.
All pump impellers can be supplied with castings or machined parts. We have CNC machining for pump parts, static balancing ISO 21940 G6.3 is also available for impellers.
The big impellers will be made by sand casting process, max size to 20ton.
The iron impellers will be made by sand casting or shell casting process.
