Heat treatment: Nomalizing or austeritizing at 880 to 960 °C, Tempering at 560-620 °C

The right description is GE320+NT, “+N” means: Normalizing; +QT or +QT1 or +QT2 means: Quenching(air or liquid) and Tempering.
